Record Rules

  1. A sentence is agreed upon and the first player writes it down and gives it to the game invigilators who keep it a secret until the game is completed.
  2. The first player whispers the sentence into the ear of the player next to his or her right, who then whispers what he thinks he heard into the ear of the person next to his or her right, and so on around the circle.
  3. All players must maintain total silence except for the player whispering.
  4. The last player says the sentence out loud and it is then compared to the original sentence.
  5. All players must sign their name in front of two independent witnesses; the list of signatures must be submitted to Guinness World Records.
  6. A video of this event must be submitted.
